1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you decide Cleotalk WP does not fit your business support needs, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date. No questions asked.

Lifetime licenses are fully covered under this 14-day refund period.
Refund requests made after the 14-day window are not eligible for a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us through our Contact Page or send an email directly to support@kraftedintelligence.com with the following details:

Your name and account email address
Your transaction invoice or checkout receipt ID
Your license key (or the last 4 characters of it)

3. License Revocation

Once a refund is approved and processed, your license key will be deactivated. Your plugin will cease to function, and you will lose access to all premium features (WooCommerce sync, Claude/Groq/DeepSeek support, and custom branding).

4. Chargebacks

We encourage contacting us directly to resolve billing disputes. Initializing a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider without contacting support will result in immediate license suspension and block future purchases.
